THE SUBSTATION

Using real-time virtual reality to showcase the transformation of a former power substation and warehouse into an expansive corporate function space.

Unreal Engine lighting and global illumination systems, allowed us to deliver an immersive, real-time, interactive experience. We modeled the geometry from supplied CAD designs and all of the furnishings and textures were handled in-house. The final delivery  was baked out to an executable program which can be viewed on PC , portable devices or virtual reality headsets.
